01Acceptable use
Invalid traffic, malware, and adult-only content on accounts marked family-safe are not permitted. Violations void payouts and may result in account termination.
02Publisher payouts
Paid monthly net-15 once the 50 USD threshold is reached. Chargebacks and invalid-traffic refunds are deducted from the next payout.
03Advertiser billing
Pre-pay or post-pay (post-pay requires approval). Refunds for unspent budget upon cancellation are processed within 14 days.
04Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime. Outage credits per our SLA are capped at one month of fees.
05Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We retain payment records for the legally required period (typically seven years).
